2008-03- 21 HLP Sepak Takraw.

welcome to another edition of Refinery HLP. This week is sepak takraw. you know, timbang2 bula raga with feet, knees & heads. i rain drizzle2, so i didnt bring my dSLR out.. not water-proof kali ah.. so out comes the point & shoot camera.

so i was raining that day, duh to the pics tho.. i didnt want my dSLR to get in the rain, not waterproof la.. so im taking this with the point & shoot camera.

2008-03-16 HLP Badminton at BSRC.

So another edition of the Brunei Refinery HLP. This week its Badminton at BSRC, Seria. I'm stil sore after that additive game. Ngalih tapi rasa hati inda mau beranti main. HEHE... Well, as always, im not that good with words so i'll let the picture do the talking. BTW, more pics HERE.

That's all. Its my 1st time playing badminton. Not bad, losing all 3-set & 3-matches. hahaa.. Humm, lots of sports but i can't seem to bring my weight down. It's just march, another 8-more months.. lets see if i can bring my weight down.

2008-02-29 Refinery HLP Funwalk OGDC.

Hello all. Its been ages since i update this. As i was buzy. Kaja pun ada exam kali ah. Anyway, i pass with flying colours. Forget about that, here's our 1st Refinery Funwalk at ODGC, Seria. I try to link more pics. (Lots of request. Btw, just click HERE for more.) Its about a 3km walk, but i dont know the exactly km we walk. Tiring eh, especially for someone whose taking the pictures.. ;0P

Before the walk a brief warm-up to stretch the muscle & get the bolld flowing. Here all of us, staff & family members are looking forward for the walk. Well, everyone wants to be healthy , right.
